Raisins are dried grapes which are rich and concentrated sources of energy, vitamins, fiber, minerals, polyphenol antioxidants, and electrolytes. Raisins contain a fewer amount of vitamin C, folic acid, lutein and xanthene than fresh grapes which are beneficial for health.

You can include raisins with your meal to lower weight. Furthermore, They are good source of some B.complex vitamins. Raisins may use in cooking such as sweets.
